I've never dealt with such an incompetent manage

I'm very unhappy with service I received from the store manager and the consultant with short hair - they gave me a hard time to give me my refund for a faulty shoe, I had to call head office and head office request them to refund me with my cash - when I was there for the 2nd time this rude girl chuffed a piece of paper in a rude manner that I must write my details, I looked at her and asked her you speaking to me? She was like yes who do you think I'm speaking to? I then asked her what's with the rude attitude she then said I got it from you, then manager shouted stop fighting I was so puzzled and I told the manager I'm not her to fight I just want my money and your role as a manager is to teach your staff how to treat customers and not shouting people like kids, I wonder did you get appointed to be a manager coz clearly you don't know your role and she gave my money and I left the store - I contacted their head office and I layed a complaint and I've never received any response ever since
