USELESS AND INCOMPETANCE DOES NOT START TO EXPLAIN

I have had my Mr Price Home account for quite some time now with a good credit record with them. They seem to be the only company in the country that does not do debit orders so each month they send an email statement with the amount owing. My LAST statement that I received was in 2012, SEPTEMBER.

Out of the blue I would then in Jan 2013 get a letter demanding payment because I was late. No amount stipulated, nothing, just a "dear customer letter". I then responded to the letter after going to our local Mr Price branch and after asking the cashier what the amount was that I must pay, paid the amount she gave me.

A week later I get another "dear customer" letter saying that the payment was insufficient and again threatening with legal action etc. AGAIN - no amount stipulated that must be paid. I again responded to the mail requesting details and then suddenly got a "dear customer' letter stating that I now owe SHEET STREET money.

I do not know if you employ monkeys that push random buttons on your keyboards to send emails to random people.

In my opinion you are one of the MOST useless companies in South Africa when it comes to billing.

SEND ME MY STATEMENTS THEN I WILL PAY
