I am complaining on behalf of my nephew Sigama with regards to the above. On trying to contact the call centre I was very unfortunate to have the displeasure of dealing with NOZIPHO MALANGU!!! Never have I felt so disgusted to be spoken to in that manner!!!
I will be taking this matter further unless I receive a formal apology, in writing, from her - I cannot believe that your company would hire such a rude, disgruntled human being!!!

I do hope your company recorded my telephone call so that the management team will hear her unprofessional manner in which she spoke to me!!!

TERRIBLY DISGUSTED!!!
