POLYPRINT TEXJET SOLD UNDER FALSE PRETENSES

We bought a Polyprint Texjet end of October 2012. We have to use a Pre-Coat on any dark shirts as well as additional white as a base. We ordered the first Pre-Coat from GSW and bought and printed 40 shirts. We washed the shirts and all the ink peeled off. We were told by GSW we were doing something wrong and the technician came to our offices to supervise. After repeatedly ruining shirts he came to the conclusion that the Pre-coat they sold us was OFF? They gave us a new bottle. The technician was constantly here as he had also set up the machine with incorrect settings etc. We already ran out of white ink after the first month and that cost us as much as R3700 excl. VAT. They put in the new white for us and we then proceeded to print many more shirts. We found that the white ink was peeling and we had various come backs and found shirts we had made for the office were flaking off. GSW confirmed it was not the Pre-Coat now that was OFF but the NEW WHITE INK was off. This went through our machine and blocked all our heads. The machine had to be totally refurbed. It is March 2013 and our machine has been in for repairs for over a month as the PUMP SEIZED. This is A NEW MACHINE!!!
