Rude assistance

I have never been so disgusted in my life. Made a call on 01 October at around 15:10 and some rude Linda woman answered the call. She was so rude I wanted to puke. So disgusted. If people are having a bad day why take it out on clients. What was the most disgusting is she kept on going back and forth with me on how she's not being rude. I hope the supervisor deals with this matter. Am DISGUSTED!
