I received an sms from Pholosa on behalf of an 'outstanding' Cell C account so I called to query this as I had not received anything from Cell C stating that I had anything outstanding and knew that I had fully paid Cell C in 2010.

I spoke to a lady (I didn't get her name) who was incredibly rude and kept talking over me, so I cut the call and immediately called back.
I spoke to a Melody and informed her that I had just dealt with an incredibly rude person and perhaps she could assist me. I explained to her that I had fully paid up my Cell C account in 2010 but did not have the letter of proof as my hard drive crashed and all my computer memory was cleared. She also became very rude, talking over me. When I asked her not to shout at me she told me that I was the one shouting but she kept on talking over me.
She did not resolve my problem. I managed to sort it out myself directly with Cell C.
Pholosa consultants treated me like dirt and I really do not appreciate it. I was not in the wrong, Cell C was.

I really don't appreciate the manner in which I was treated and would appreciate a formal letter of apology.
