Haning up the phone in my ear?!?!? When its THEIR

So at the moment it is 8:33! I received a call from credit worx 3 min ago! The consultant said that he us calling in regards with my telkom account: by the way, this account has been paid months ago and i also requested that the line should be closed! So i did swear over the phone, but i did not swear at the consultant!! After wich the consultant got rude to me saying that he will take this up with is suppervisor as well as the manner in wich i spoke to him!! What does he expect waking me up this time of night with issues that has resulted due to their neglegence???

THIS IS RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL!!! No matter the way a client speaks to a company, a professional company should know that no matter the client's attitude, the consultant should be friendly!!!
