Threatening, unprofessional and rude tone

I recieved a call from a call centre agent saying that she calling on behalf of Edgars Legal Team and the manner the lady spoke to was plain down rude and unprofessional

Hence previous calls about my account that is now in arrears ive made numerous arrangements with the agents which they of course failed to update, typical of the poor service rendered

Im aware that my account is much overdue as im currently in a financial status and they well aware, I just want to say the way that lady spoke to me was very inpolte and threatening to which I find wrong, first of all this is my account and what gives the right to speak to me in that manner. Im a customer and need to be treated with respect
