I placed an order for 4 products on the 28 October. I received an email that my items had been dispatched and deivery would take place on the 08 November.By the 12th nothing had been delivered and I contacted the call centre. I was told they would need to look into it and would get back to. No one got back to me. I contacted the call centre again the following day and this time somone did get back me only to tell me the items were never dispatched and I would have to reorder the items.

I once again placed my order and I finally received 3 of the items on Monday. The 4th item was due to arrive today. I went into my account on Kalahari to make sure delivery would happen only to find the item had been marked as cancelled. No one bothered to inform me.

So aside from the fact it has taken a month to receive my order, and not even the entire order at that the items purchased were childrens toys for gifts. Thanks to not getting these in time I've had to go and buy additional gifts anyway.

Not impressed at all!

Think I am better off to shop at Takealot whose customer service is top class and they delivery their products timeously.
