I just called to enquire if you have a PSP console Fifa 13 and Angela answered, she said she can't hear me i must call again bye, then dropped the phone on my ear just like that.

I called again Angela answered, introduced herself this time when i asked if she can hear me Angela kept quite coz i could hear she was still on the other side of the line as i kept on saying hello i finally dropped it.

Angela can't say that the lines were bad coz they were not. The first time i call CNA the glen to enquire about something I come across an unprofessional employee who lacks telephone etiquette and who is rude.

Go to Boardmans at the same mall (the Glen) employees there will teach you a thing or two about customer service coz they are the best.
