Purchased items for our baby to the value of R9800 at baby city. Realized that the goods purchased were not practical and proceeded to return only the baby bath and baby quick dry. Plea investigat their till slip policy as I am of the understanding that if a client is not happy with the purchase, he or she has a right to be refunded.
