Now that's customer service

On the evening of 19/03 I tried arranging hot cross buns for a work function for 60 people on 20/03. I contacted pnp kensington & was told that i could not get buns the next morning & had to opt for the buns in store at that moment as they were just baked. I then contacted spar & spoke to blessing, I asked if the bakery would bake fresh buns for me in the morning & have it ready by 8am. He said that he would speak to the bakery team & call me back. He called back & promised me that the buns would be ready at the given time. I called the next morning & was advised that the buns would be ready for collection by 8am as requested. I hosted the function with the freshest most delicious buns, everybody commented on the delicious fresh buns & could not get enough. I would like to thank Malvern spar & the bakery team for going the extra mile. thank you for baking me such delicious fresh buns and thank you for providing customer service that other retail outlets were not willing to provide. Please extend my gratitude to the bakery team for the delicious buns & excellent service provided. from now on i will only shop at malvern spar, YOU ARE THE BEST
