Hate the service

On Sunday, the 2nd of Feb I purchased some stuff as a gift for a friend, I jus stepped ot of the store but I had to return one of the items, within a matter of 2minutes the manager said she cudnt give me a refund on that item, she was absolutely rude and not helpful at all, I still did not get a refund on that item and I have no use for the product at all, going forward I would never shop at baby city again
