Cell Phone Insurance

I would like to post my complain to Edgars-Edcon, I have been trying to close/cancel my cell phone insurance for 5 months now with no luck, I went to three different Edgars outlets trying to get hold of the customer service department to cancel my Insurance, took their number to call them at my own time with no luck still, even edgars employees told me that they also battling to get hold of them.

It is always easy for them to call to remind us of payment dates, but when we want to close its not possible.

I lost R200 over the past few months with debits of the Insurance
I used my petrol to travel to edgars outlets
I used my own airtime calling them and hold none stop

I think edgars service is poor and it reflects a negative picture on the whole edcon group, I am a lot
