I went to kfc on 23/04/2013 and purchased 2 fully loaded box meals, 2 large pops (fruit chutney) and 2 twister meals. it was around 10;30. the idea of the purchase was to put it in the microwave and have it for dinner as it was a busy day with work and taking care of my 3 months old baby who is busy teething. i got home put the bags in the microwave and immediately left for work. at 6 i realized i got 3 cokes, 2 twister meals, 2 pops (no chutney spice) and only one box meal. i went back on 24/04/13 12 hours after purchase as it was already bath time for my screaming baby. upon my return the lady at the counter not only gave me an attitude but told me that i need my slip and the bags with all the items in. another member of kfc approached me and asked for my contact details so that they can refund me. still waiting. i buy from kfc almost twice a week for the past 11 months. i will never support the welkom kfc ever again.
