Another Awesome Makro Experience

I would just like to thank Sheehaam Dollie for her excellent attitude and great help. Today I came to see if my Einhell Compressor 50L had been repaired under warranty. She kindly phoned the company and they told her it was not cost effective to repair. And so she gave me a credit note and I could then go and buy other essential equipment. You know, it is people like these that give me hope in this country of ours. In Cape Town, people tend to shop for Discounts and not for quality products. Now, after that compressor broke down after the first month I was very angry but I knew I have paid the absolute minimum for said compressor. So, Makro, your deals are good but some of your products brands are really awful in terms of build quality. And yet, because of Sheeham's great attitude, kind nature, while being under heavy stress and continuous pressure with all the returns at the returns department, she remained as calm as a cucumber and helped me with the most respect and intelligence I have ever seen in any service staff, in any company I have dealt with over the years. Well done Makro you will have my support for many years to come.
