I was mugged and my wedding ring taken in March. I bought the ring from the same branch in 2011.I went to buy it again at the same branch after realising i didn't insure it. I decided to buy another one after realising that the 3 branches i went to no longer have the same ring i had initially. Mabel suggested to check on the system if other branches have it and only one was available in SA, Tzaneen. She called the branch and requested they deliver it. That was on a Sunday and by Tuesday she called me to say it was delivered. Thanks to her, I have the same ring i loved and that really helps in minimising the trauma I experienced.
She really puts the customer's need first and really understands the concept of customer satisfaction. Thanks to her, I'm happy again.
