Returns- BEE USELESS WORKER product

I have purchased a Ryobi Air Compressor from Makro - 3/09/2012.This was returned and repaired 2 times already and now for the 3d time for the SAME problem. When we got to the returns desk, we were met by a USELESS BEE WORKER that seems to battle to wake up for the day. According to her no repair records are available telling us this is now the 1st time, that after we showed her the papers.
Luckily one of the managers- Ralph - was there to sort out this problem without any problems.
PLEASE MAKRO-See that your BEE workers are trained to avoid this problems as it feels to go out of one mind and do something to regret.
The previous repairs was done by Power -tek only about 2 months ago. Why must the consumer always come second when buying stuff at Makro. I paid for a NEW product and now i must sit with repairs 3 times in 9 months. { Consumers-stay away from RYOBI products from MAKRO.}
