ZERO RESPECT... ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE

I do not know why I deal with an establishment like this. Countless times I have to complain about one establishment EVERY SINGLE TIME I go there.

I thought that I could make it out of it without complaining, but it never happens.

Today, I had done all my shopping by 17:12pm, then I went to the front desk to RICA my simcards and buy electricity... Well, there was ONLY 1 person Thayanda Gq behind the counter and there were 20 people queuing. Is there any reason why you couldn't have more staff to ACCOMODATE all of us ESPECIALLY if you have 3 computers in the front or do you like to keep us waiting as if we have nothing else to do with our lives?

I am NOT IMPRESSED at all. I think next time I will buy my simcards from somewhere else so that I can RICA them quickly and leave, not be stuck waiting in a 30min queue when it's not even summer. And because of the wait, I FORGOT to buy electricity. SO THANK you for having ZERO RESPECT for us, YOUR CUSTOMER.
