NOW my WORST shopping EXPERIENCE

1) Told by the bakery ladies that "chocolate slices will be available on Mondays" - which is clearly a because it has NOT been there on 2 different Mondays...

2) Was about to spend about R 500 or more on various items - but the ENORMOUS queue of about 36 people waiting for the FRONT section to assist them was BEYOND RIDICULOUS and HIGHLY UNSAFE...

3) No red little baskets available when I arrived - surely you have staff that fetch / collect empty / unused baskets to return to the front so that we YOUR CUSTOMERS don't have to carry stuff with our hands

Unsure why you feel the need to only have 2 people manning computers at the front (where you buy electricity), when clearly if you had more machines, the queue would be less and you would have far less unhappy customers clogging the walk-ways of a so-called FIRE-hazard-free-zone...
