Poor service & no organisation at the front kiosk

Having recently moved to Westering, I know have to make use of the Linton Grange Spar. I have visited this branch regularly over the past month to purchase electricity and other daily items. The first few times I kept my cool. However today I lost it! There are only two tills at the counter, one to serve small purches made and the other to assist with Lotto and Electricity. The queuing system is non-existent and after having 3 people served infront of me that pushed in on the side, I got annoyed with the cashier as she could see I had been standing there for some time. (please view the security footage) only to have a snotty response, as if I was at fault!? If employees can not deal with customers effeciently and effectively then they should not be working at busy work stations that they can not manage. Could I kindly ask that a queuing system is put in place as it is so disorganised and it ends up being frustrating for everyone involved. Perhaps what they have at the bank or put adversing up or a stand so that none can stand there to be served from that side of the counter. Ontop of it all the cashier had a 'closed' sign up on the counter but was still serving everyone but me?!
