Fantastic service from head office

I just want to inform the big heads at exclusive books of the AMAZING, FAST AND FRIENDLY customer service i received from you staff member, Nichol Khosa, at your head office in Rosebank.

I ordered a book on your website about 2 weeks ago and wanted it delivered to Killarney Mall, (Delivery would only have been on the 28th of this month) this morning me and my partner decided we are going to London for 2 weeks this coming Wednesday.

I phoned your customer service center to find out if there is any way i can get the book before then. (i even suggested to drive to the distribution center myself) Long story short and after a few chats, Nichol managed to locate one sole copy of the book in JHB at Bedford center and had a driver bring it to your offices a few hours later for me to go and collect there.

Never have i had such amazing customer service from a "head office". The book was originally being shipped in from America, and I've also been to countless stores looking for the same book but everybody said - out of stock. I am really very thankful that i could get the book a week and 4 days prior to its original delivery date. :)
