EXCEPTIONALLY BAD SERVICE

On 30 Nov. '12 I placed an online order for a book at Exclusive books. I paid in full for the book with the promise of delivery on 20 Dec. '12. On 22 Dec I contacted the Call Centre to follow up on my delivery- there was no answer. I then contacted the Constantia branch directly. I was told by a staff member that my book hadn't yet arrived but that I would be contacted as soon as my book arrived. I waited, but by the second week of Jan '13 I was becoming fed up! I once again contacted the call centre. This time I was told that the book had already been delivered. I said that I thought this was strange as no one had contacted me to notify me. The staff member at the call centre then agreed to follow up the deliver with their courier & contact me. I never heard back. On 31 Jan I called again. Once again I was told that the book had been delivered and signed for at Constantia on 21 Dec. I was told the that the situation would be followed up by the branch manager and I would be contacted on Fri or Monday. Again no one got back to me and I had to call the call centre again this morning only to be told that they can't find the book but I can go and collect another version! POOR!
