Exclusive Books
Great service

My wife and I visited exclusive books earlier today and I have to say it has been a while since I last received such friendly and efficient service. My wife was looking for a particular book and the lady that was assisting us (for the life of me I cannot remember her name) knew exactly which book it was and where it could be found (I would imagine it is her job to know but she made it seem rather effortless considering the volume of books in the store). Unfortunately the book wasn't in stock and the lady proceeded to give us options on how we could get the book we opted for her to search the exclusive network and get the book to cresta so it would make us collecting it easy. Now all of this may seem like the standard operating procedure however it is not what was done but rather how it was done. The lady who assisted me and all the other staff members made us feel like the book we were looking for was their number one priority. The sales lady in particular was very pleasant and professional in her manner and rapour. It is hard to get good service and I belief when you get it, it must be applauded well done Cresta Exclusive books - Keep up the good work.
