Lewis stores has no respect for customers

I bought 2 beds at Lewis Stores in West Street Durban. I stopped working and reported that I was no longer working so it will be difficult to pay, I know I have an obligation towards the credit provider so I tried my best. Things went from difficult to worse for me and I could not make payments for a few months, they would call asking for certain amounts and when I tell them I don't have that specific amount they would demand the money and leave threatening messages. They went to my aunt's house and demanded R200 and went as far as saying I am a bad client I'm running away and I did give them my new address. Someone called me today saying they are at a police Station its with regards to the Lewis Stores account! This behaviour is disgusting, As much as I am heavily in areas I'm still a customer, I deserve respect and have a right to confidentiality regarding my affairs. I have never heard of such a behavior from a registered credit provider. They are acting like loan and this behavior goes against the National Credit Act and the Consumer Protection Act and I have a good mind to report this to the Ombudsman.
