POOR Customer Service Experiance

Bought a Book online. waited about 1 or 2 weeks and have got no call from the store to confirm that
the book was delivered. Checked online and noted the status of "Potentially Delayed". I have received
no callback from or anyone to advise what is wrong. Called in on 14/10/2013 and was told
its not dispatched and he will dispatch it now and i should get it on Wednesday 16/10/2013. Got
no call from the Store. Called in on 17/10/2013, spoke to Nichol who now gives me the same story.
He claims i should get it no later than Monday 21/10/2013 as he will dispatch it from 1 of the
JHB stores to CPT. Very bad experience thus far. and very bad for Exclusive books image as its my
Very 1st experience with them. POOR SERVICE AND Very Bad 1st time impression to leave
