RUDE AND ARROGANT

In general the service received from MOST American Swiss branches are terribly rude and arrogant. Why bother working in a store if you don't feel that customer service is important.

I called to enquire about a watch I handed in for repair.

Yes, Bongani, I called 2 weeks too early, but was it necessary to be rude and arrogant about the due date? There is nothing wrong with phoning in advance to find out about the status of a repair.

The way you instructed me to look at the bottom of the repair receipt for the due date was awful...

I used to work in Menlyn at a Jewellery store and trust me, I would never have such a tone of voice with clients.

Don't work with people if you don't like being polite.

And American Swiss, you need to seriously reconsider the customer training your employees receive.
