Broken Watch

I'm very upset for East gate American Swiss, Last week Friday me and my husband went to buy me a watch at American Swiss East gate. A lady by the name of Milersine help I think she is the store manager the next day when I wanted to put the watch on I saw it stand still, Wednesday I took it in to American Swiss East Rand Mall the girl told me to wait a few min. I waited a few min she came back and tell me she took it to the watch shop they will have a look at it and she will phone me. Later in the day she did phone me and tell me the watch is broken and doesn't work at all, what bad service is that to a Customer I blame the lady at East gate why didn't she look because she did put the watch in the box while I was walking around in the shop... BAD SERVICE AMERICAN SWISS
