Fossil watched handed in to branch on 16 March 2013 - told it be would ready within six weeks.
Went in today - 13 may 2013 - 8 weeks and 2 days later - not ready
Store manageress Rochelle phoned repair centre - Jean Paul and Manie passed the buck - usual unspecified problems probably incompetence, lack of a work, no customer service ethic in American Swiss
Rochelle apologised - she deserves credit for this - Manie informed her that the watch would be in Welkom before the end of the weekend

Will certainly not buy anything from American Swiss again
