American swiss such bad service

I went to claim for my watch. I received such bad service, rude, very unprofessional and she told me i was not able to claim. i Then called the head office and found out that i can claim in fact. she said my insurance was expired, turns out it wasn't. drove up and down and took off work numerous amounts of times, wasted time all because of her not giving my the correct info. Very unhappy with the service. people like that, that will make me not purchase anything from american swiss again
