Edgars Active is NOT Part of Edgars

I visited the Edgars Phoenix branch today & was horrified 2 learn that since the store was an "active" store they were unable to accept my returns purchased @ Gateway. i was recently hospitalized & having difficulty walking around thought that i could make my returns there since i did pay my account at the branch previously. The store manageress Melanie & lady @ the cash desk was rude and refused 2 assist me, totally adamant that although they carry the Edgars name they are NOT part of the bigger Edcon. That was a lie, they are part of Edcon but refused to accept my returns, thus inconveniencing me 2 travel all the way 2 La Lucia Mall 2 make my returns, with an open wound. Whilst chatting 2 a colleague of mine i learnt she had the same treatment with a pair of Levi's she purchased @ their store & her return was not accepted & she was also forced 2 go 2 Gateway 2 make her returns. Now i want 2know if this "active" store was @ LaLucia would the customers be treated in the same manner? Never! i will ensure no friend or family of mine ever shops there, & i would like the manageress 2 also know i will make sure that i place complaint on social sites never to shop at that branch!!
