Poor Service

My friend and I were out to the mall looking for make up. My friend walked to the Estee Lauder counter at Edgars Gateway and spoke to a consultnat named Shashinka. It is my belief that my friend and the consultant knew each other. Upon querying a trial of foundation my friend was told by this consultant "Unfortunately I do not own Estee Lauder, go to Truworths where you purchased your products and ask them to do it for you". I am not sure what the history is between these two people but in a professional environment you leave all personal matters aside. Edgars offers free make overs... Wheteher you purchase from Tom, or Harry, it should not have been concern as we were customers! This level of service is pathetic and although my friend brushed it aside, I could not. I stood right there listening to this consultant and I felt embarresed for my friend. I will definatley not be referring or recomending Edgars Gateway or Estee Lauder to family and friends! Edgars will not see me back in their store as long as that consultant still works there.
