Sick and tired of the shocking service!!

No Matter which store you go into, Edgars, Edgars active, Boardmans any store that is part of the Edcon group, you get treated with poor service, or a bad attitude, or a dirty store, or no stock! Clean up your act Edcon, its amazing how different you are to Woolworths, the differenc is that Woolworts pride themselves on great customer service, Edcon do not care. Your staff that are meant to be the face of your brand are terrible, ill trained with ill manners and ill attitude, if I was you i would be seriously concerned! Take a page out of woolworths book and train your staff to deliver excellent client service, I am yet to be blown away by any of your stores, in my opinion they all!
