A pair of Ray Bans that I purchased cracked across one of the lenses. On wednesday the 6th of February I went into Edgars Gateway to return this pair that I purchased from Sunglass Hut at Edgars Pavillion, due to it not being the store where the original purchase was made and the lady's insistence that I had sat on the glasses, I was referred to her manager, Roxanne, at the Sunglass Hut store in Gateway (This is the main store, not the one in Edgars). Once I got there I was met by Roxanne who wasn't helpful at all, all she did was say it has to be analysed by the repair centre and then went on to inform me that it will be sent overnight and that I will have an answer by Friday the 8th of February, since I didn't hear from her on Friday, I popped in the store on Monday the 11th of February to find that my pair of sunglasses is still at the store and absolutely nothing had been done to date. My problem is that Sunglass Hut conveniently voids the warranty when something goes wrong and classifies as a repair at a cost to avoid replacement. If I (A guy that weighs 83kg's) sat on a pair of glasses, I'm pretty sure it won't result in just a crack in one of the lenses
