No help showing customers away and he is a manag

Went to the new Makro by tableview with a 7 months old baby of ours and you know that can be tricky as well as difficult. We are in the appliances section I asked someone to help me and he says no he does not work in that section sorry asked someone else, then I thought okay looked around and there is absolutely no one to help us wile she is waiting with the baby. So I went to the sales manager Bernard Adams and asked him for help seeing that no one can assist us or just tell Us I will be with you in a moment! rude staff I tell you, but in any case so Bernard says to me sorry I am busy I can't help you and walks off. Are you kindling me a manager and Makro really made you a manager and you show a family away to a competitor and we still spend R4000 there afterwards. I was so cross and will never never go shop there again. I can not believe this is the staff you employ in senior floor manager position. You guys are loosing big bucks because know this will fall on deaf ears!
