Worse customer service i have received to date

Having bought most of my house hold contect at Makro when it came time to get home office furniture and upgare my fridge the first place i thought of looking for these items was Makro. I went to Makro with a friend from work paid my wifes Makro account and we had a look at some home office furniture. After that i went to look at te fridges they had and i found a couple i was interested in buying and there where two gentleman makro employees nearby and chatting and one was playing with his phone. We asked the gentlemen for assistance and after about 5 minutes of nothing happening and us standing around without anybody attending us we asked the same gentlemen again to come and assist us with our fridge enquiries. The gentleman who was playing on his phone came to us with a very bad attitude and i asked him we have been asking them for assistance and he was ignoring us. He started shouting at us that he was the service delivery manager and his job was not to sell fridges. He continued to shout and make insults at us and at that time other customers came over and told him he was being rude and why was he shouting to a customer. He told us we can speak to the manager & he dud not care.
