BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE

I am very upset with the service I received at the Makro Store in Alberton, it was the new store opening and I wanted a SAMSUNG 55" 3D Smart Full HD Slim LED TV -R12999.99 & HD PVR - R999.99, samsung home theatre as well and the store associate did not help me and was busy attending to the customers when i asked for help first and when he assisting there was no stock left, i am so disappointed as there was a store opening and was busy but there should be enough staff to assist customers and also enough stock as well, I really need t these appliances and i think it is unfair as i was there first, Please can a manager contact me as to when I can have these appliances at the price it was advertised
