No help at Makro or response from complaint email

On Monday 9 Dec I went to Makro to buy a new tumble dryer. There was no one to help me at the appliance section. The Verimark lady said she'd call someone for me. An all call was made for a salesman to come to the section. After several minutes no one arrived. The lady said there should be 3 salesman. I decided to leave and told the manager they need to sort out their staff and told her I was going to another store which I did and received awesome service there.
I then wrote a complaint on the Makro website stating I was unhappy with the service. Once sent it stated that they would get back to me within 24 hours. Well it's been over 48 hours and I have not heard a word from Makro. Personally this is disgusting, unprofessional service and totally unacceptable. I am considering going to the social media to voice my disappointment.
