I visited Makro Springfield today ready to easily spend R6 000.00 or more on a laptop as I was told that they sell good laptops and that I can't go wrong with them, it appears that I did not have the opportunity to find out whether I would go wrong or not BECAUSE I DID NOT EVEN GET THE CHANCE TO PURCHASE ONE!!!

Upon entering the laptop section, there was nobody in the department to assist. I took it upon myself and started to browse the range they had and begin making a choice. I had picked one out and wanted to view what it was like whilst switched on, but 2 guys stood at it for over 20 minutes playing movie clip after movie clip instead of actually testing the system, despite me telling them that if they don't mind I would like to test it as I want to purchase one.

I then asked 4 (FOUR), yes 4 (FOUR), of the staff in the area for help of whom ALL FOUR just looked at me and said they would get someone. I don't think they noticed me watching them, but not one of them asked a fellow staff member to help me, and had the audacity to walk right pass me and say nothing.

I left right after that. With service like this, I would love to spend my THOUSANDS else where!
