Sales manager had attitude

So we decide to go shopping on sunday at makro vaal. it was very busy. we went to stand in the line to pay and as we got to the one section i see people walking straight and then people going to the left to que. i was walking straight and then i was called to go to the left to que further i then said they arent showing people where to que properly so the sales manager turns around and says to me yes its because you people dont want to co operate. i then said well you should have people standing in the middle to direct people. i thought it was very rude as a sales manager to speak to a client like that. if i knew where to que then i wouldnt have said they should get someone to direct the people. it was month end and should be prepared and know how to speak to the customers. i work with people everyday and would never speak to a client like that.
