Bad Attitude, Service, unresponsive & old stock!

Reported unpleasant, awkward and uncomfortable situation experience at the Menlyn store to the customer service manager via telephone and email. I also complained about the untidiness of this particular store. I have had no feedback with regards to my complaint or even acknowledged of my complaint. I have followed up with emails but have been ignored to date. You can pay between R2500- R6500 for a pair of shoes there and this is there post sales behaviour. I will never support them again and I encourage All their clientele to take your business elsewhere. I would like to publish the email thread which will only confirm this for all to know.
