My complaint is a very long one, but i will shorten it. I bought a pair of shoes a month ago. Whore them for 20 minutes and they started slipping of my feet. After numerous call and visits to the store, the regional manager sent the shoes to a technician who subsequently decided that nothing is wrong with the shoes. When i got the feedback 2 weeks ago, i asked that the regional manager phone me back, because i refuse to pay R600 for a pair of shoes that i can not wear. I AM STILL WAITING FOR HER TO PHONE ME BACK!!! The shoes has been in the store for a month. Can someone please contact me.
