Brand New Stove broke within 6 days-No repai

I bought a brand new stove from Game at the beginning of January. Within 6 days the stoves turn dial broke off. We phoned Game to repair the stove as it is under a 1 year warranty. They then said they would have someone phone us back to get the serial number. That person kept phoning the secondary number instead of the primary number and couldn't get through as that is my fiance's number who works all day. This person left voice message after voice message. I phoned Game the next day with the serial number and they said that they would order the part and then come and replace it. They never gave me a time frame. It's been a month now that no one has showed up. I phoned Game twice now trying to figure out what is going on and they keep taking down my name and number saying that the manager will phone me back but no one does.

The service is SHOCKING! What is most appaulling is the fact that a BRAND NEW stove broke within 6 days. What does that say about their products?
