Shocking customer service from Store Manage

I had purchased a pair of shoes and after 2 uses the heal tip broke off. Took the shoe back to the store within the 30 day period and was told that the heels of shoes are not covered. One staff had the nerve to tell me that I must take the shoe to a shoe maker to get it sorted out. The matter was referred to the store manager. This woman's attitude stinks. This lady's name is Vaneesa. She is not worthy of being a store manager as she gives customers such bad attitude and there is no customer service. I demanded that these shoes had to be given in otherwise I was going to refer the matter to the CPA. How do you employ people like this in your organisation. She does not even fit in as a sales consultant let alone store manager of a premium end shop. What she thinks of herself? She is not dealing with people of her calibre. She is not even fit to be at a Mr Price store, were customer service is not an issue. As you can see other complaints relate to her as well on this site. I cannot understand how you still keep her as a manager at your store.
Further more up until this day I have still not received feedback on my shoes. Almost 2 months. This says alot about u guys!!!
