I ordered a Samsung Ultrabook 5 series as advertised on IC's website on Friday, 8th of March, (Order #: 12165) between the 8th of March and 13th of March, nobody from IC informed me that the said product was out of stock, I made an instant EFT into ICs FNB acc which reflected at the same time since I also bank with FNB, my order status was changed to settled and I have been waiting for "WAY BILL" No. on the afternoon of Thursday, I called to check on the order only to be transferred to one Jean who only now informs me that the product I paid for is no longer in stock but was ready to offer a similar product or a refund, he sends a link of other item which after checking, wasn't what I really wanted so I opted to for a full refund so I may go buy elsewhere, I later phoned phoned to ask when do I get my money since I need to have a laptop at all cost by this weekend. Jean then sends me a link stating the refund policy of IC, my question why should I be affected by that where, you accepted my money and cant give me what I needed, I would understand this if I was returning the item/product that was in my possession, It is very wrong that I be deprive of my money, its heartless...
