I purchased a camping cot on Babeeze Boutique's website on Wednesday, 29 May 2013. Thursday morning I received an email from them stating that they don't have stock of the item and that they have removed it form their website. I requested a refund and was informed that it will be processed. I emailed Friday morning requesting proof of payment but never received a response. Friday afternoon I phoned and was informed by a gentleman that he's struggling to get hold of the person doing the refund and that he will phone me back. He never phoned but when I phoned him again he said that he can't do anything about it. Tuesday the 4th I received an email from Sharon stating that the person responsible for the refund is on sick leave. Today I send another email and was informed that the person is still on sick leave and he's the only one authorised to do refunds. Why advertise a product if you can't supply. Seems like it's just another way of conning people out of their money!
