Very impressed with service

On the 6th of March 2013, I went to Game Vaal Mall to get a new contract. I was vry pleased to hear they had stock of the iPhone in the first place. Process went very well, and I had my phone within an hour. During the next 7 days (in which, if you pick up any problem with the phone, you can return it), I noticed that the iPhone's screen wasn't properly seated, and made a clicking sound when pressed. As this is not normal, i took the phone back within my 7 day period. At no extra cost, they checked the phone, and without any issues replaced it with a brand new phone! I am very pleased that I didn't have to wait a few days, and VERY happy that they assisted me the way they did, and made this experience fluent, and without frustrations of waiting. I would like to thank the whole team who helped, especially the manager, and cellular salesman. You have been very kind, and I will time and again support your branch. Good job.
