CNA Online Shopping is useless!! No feedback

I ordered 10 A4 diaries on the 15/02/2013 and am still waiting for my delivery. I have since then called in 4 times and have spoken to 4 different people. Each time they promise to get back to me but never do. The first time I called I was told my delivery address was not on the system. I then gave CNA a delivery address that was slightly different to the one I had put in online when ordering. I realised the consultant was talking rubbish as when I called the 2nd time the address that I had put in online when ordering was on the system as opposed to the new one I had given CNA when calling in the first time.

I have since called 2 times after that and still no one can tel me what the problem is... I am beyond annoyed as it feels like I have been taken for a ride and that CNA has committed. They took money from my account and keep ducking and diving everytime I ask for my order or my money back. Seems like no one wants to give either to me.

Absolutely useless... I really expected more from a company like CNA but I guess all they want is sales (without providing a product) and the rest... A month since my order and still nothing... Lesson learnt: DON'T ORDER FROM CNA ONLINE
