Mr Delivery Consultants are unfriendly

For the 5th time I have paid a R37 Delivery fee to Mr Delivery for my order and for the 5th time, I am left feeling rather under valued.

Every time I order online and a service consultant calls me to verify my order, they are unfriendly. This time round was the worst - The lady called me and just said "Oh your order was less than R50, and your credit card was already verified" - yes, and?? Am I supposed to know what that means? Apparently, according to her, your online order cannot be less than R50 (even though you are PAYING FOR DELIVERY!). NOWHERE on the website does it say this and it never gave me a problem when charging my credit card.

So I just asked her "and? so now what? " and she just said "well your order processing time will be about an hour"... so I guess that little interjection was pointless then?

Every time I deal with them, they are unfriendly and sometimes rude too as if they hate their jobs. I'm sorry but if I am paying you people R37 to deliver my food, I am paying for a service.

From now on I will buy from places that deliver - at least they do it with a smile.
