Do not use online ordering from this company

I ordered a item from their online store. I opted for the free delivery option, there same day delivery option is waaaaaay to expensive. My problem is there is absolutely no feedback about my order or what to expect from the "free delivery" option. There is no information about how long it will take or what I can expect. Even after multiple times trying to get feedback from them, they just ignore my emails. At the moment it feels like they took my money and I do not know if I will get my item from them... Online stores should not charge ridiculousness pricess for delivery, their competition asks about 20% of the price they do. Their competition also have tracking so you feel safe with your purchases. And lastly, the only email I got said my order was successful at HIfi corporation??? Last time I will use this people
